Adele Defends Flipping The Bird At The Brit Awards
Oh no she didn't?! Yes she did! And rightfully so!
Adele slayed everybody at the Brit Awards by winning Best Album of the Year and as she accepts the award and carries on to say her thank you's, the host abruptly cuts her off for a performance by Blur. How rude!
Not only is she saying her acceptance speech for winning the most prestigious award of the night, but she just came home from winning 6 Grammy's representing her home town. You would think at least for winning the top prize she would get her shine time.
Adele defended her actions saying "I was about to thank the British public for their support. They cut me off, sorry if I offended anyone but the suits offended me," she reportedly said. "I got cut off during my speech and flung the middle finger. But that finger was to the suits at the Brit Awards, not to my fans."
We love you Adele and good on ya! Check the video out below..
